Pregnancy, birth, and postpartum are some of the most transformative moments in your life—but they can also bring uncertainty, questions, and unexpected challenges. That’s where a doula comes in.

A doula is more than just a birth support person. I provide continuous emotional, physical, and informational support, ensuring that you feel heard, empowered, and cared for every step of the way. Unlike medical providers, my sole focus is on you and your well-being, offering:

  • Comfort & Advocacy – Helping you navigate your birth preferences and ensuring your voice is respected.

  • Hands-On Support – Using relaxation techniques, positioning, and reassurance to ease labor.

  • Partner & Family Guidance– Assisting loved ones so they can better support you.

  • Postpartum Nurturing – Offering gentle care, resources, and encouragement as you recover.

Birth is a journey that deserves warmth, wisdom, and unwavering support. Whether you’re planning a hospital birth, home birth, or something in between, having a doula can make all the difference in how you experience, remember, and embrace this moment.

You don’t have to do this alone. I’m here for you!💗

The Night Nest

Overnight Postpartum Support

The early postpartum days are beautiful — and exhausting. The Night Nest provides calm, non-medical overnight newborn support so parents can rest, recover, and feel reassured while their baby is cared for with gentleness and responsiveness.

Support may include: newborn soothing, diaper changes, feeding support (bringing baby to parent for nursing or bottle-feeding when applicable), burping, settling baby between feedings, and light cleanup related to baby care, including bottles and pump parts used during the shift.

Night Nest support is typically scheduled 3–5 nights per week, with a minimum 8-hour overnight shift. Scheduling is based on your family's needs and my availability.

A Night Nest recap is provided after each shift so you know how baby's night went. If your family already uses a preferred baby tracking or monitoring system, I'm happy to document baby's overnight care there instead.

This service is non-medical postpartum support. It does not replace care from a medical provider or pediatrician. Overnight support is best suited for families seeking rest, reassurance, and hands-on newborn care.

The Night Nest is not intended as ongoing night nanny care. No sleep training is provided, and infant sleep is never guaranteed.

Not included: deep house cleaning, cooking, errands, sibling care, pet care, medical tasks, ongoing nanny care, or sleep training.
