Absolutely! Your partner is an important part of your birth experience. I support them too—offering guidance so they feel confident, included, and connected throughout the process.

The earlier, the better! Many families book in the first or second trimester to ensure availability and receive full support throughout pregnancy. However, I welcome clients at any stage.

I go on call starting at 36 weeks, meaning I’m available for you 24/7 from that point until your baby arrives. This ensures you’re fully supported—even if labor begins earlier than expected.

Yes. Once you feel ready for in-person support, I come to you—and I stay with you through your entire labor, birth, and immediate postpartum period. Whether you're 1 cm or further along, when you say it's time, I’m there. You won’t have to go through any part of your labor alone.

Great question—and something I take very seriously!
I work with a trusted backup doula who shares my values and level of care. In the rare event that I’m unavailable, they will step in to ensure you are fully supported—and whenever possible, I’ll introduce you before your due date so you feel comfortable and confident with your support team. -
Yes! Flexible payment plans are available to make support more accessible. A deposit is required to secure your due date.

Once you book, we’ll begin planning your support right away. We’ll schedule your prenatal visits, where we’ll cover childbirth education, discuss your birth preferences, and prepare you for what to expect during labor and postpartum.
You’ll learn about labor stages, comfort techniques, coping strategies, and how to make informed decisions—so you feel confident and prepared going into your birth.
I’ll also be available for ongoing support throughout your pregnancy, and as your due date approaches, I’ll guide you on how to stay connected with me so you feel fully supported when labor begins. From booking to postpartum, you’re never navigating this alone.
